Keep It Fresh
Good water deserves a clean bottle. Luckily, ViA makes that pretty easy.
Dishwasher? Yes! The glass cylinder is dishwasher-safe. Just remove the top lid and bottom lid first, then let the dishwasher do its thing.
GemPod & bottom lid: Unscrew the GemPod — the glass insert filled with gemstones — from the bottom lid. Remove the silicone washer, then wash the GemPod, bottom lid and washer separately by hand with warm water and a little mild dish soap.
Top lid: Remove the silicone washer and wash the lid and washer separately by hand.
Bye-bye, limescale: Spotting some mineral buildup? A little lemon juice or vinegar will help take care of it.
Let it breathe: Rinse all parts thoroughly after cleaning and let the hand-washed components air-dry overnight before putting your ViA back together.
Open from both ends: One of ViA’s smartest little features also makes cleaning a whole lot easier. No narrow bottle neck. No bottle-brush gymnastics.
