Gift Cards – Terms & Conditions

1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, issuance, and use of VitaJuwel Digital Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") issued by VitaJuwel USA, Inc. ("VitaJuwel," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, VitaJuwel's General Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict concerning Gift Cards, these Gift Card Terms and Conditions will prevail, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
2. Purchase and Delivery
Gift Cards are available in the denominations offered on our website at the time of purchase.
Digital Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address selected during checkout, either directly to the intended recipient or to the purchaser. Each Gift Card contains a unique redemption code.
You are responsible for providing accurate recipient information. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure successful electronic delivery, delays or delivery failures may occur due to incorrect email addresses, spam filters, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a Gift Card does not arrive as expected, please contact us at info@vitajuwel.com so we can investigate and assist.
3. Validity and Fees
Purchased VitaJuwel Gift Cards do not expire.
No activation, maintenance, inactivity, or redemption fees apply. The Gift Card balance does not decrease over time unless the card is redeemed or an authorized adjustment is made.
Gift Cards are not reloadable. Once the full balance has been redeemed, the Gift Card can no longer be used.
Gift Cards issued without payment as part of a promotional campaign, giveaway, loyalty program, or other special offer may be subject to separate terms, including expiration dates, where permitted by applicable law. Any such conditions will be disclosed at the time of issuance.
4. Redemption and Use
Gift Cards are intended for purchases made through the United States market of vitajuwel.com. They are not accepted by physical retail partners or other independent sales channels. Redemption through other markets may be technically possible depending on the online store's configuration.
To redeem a Gift Card, enter its unique code in the designated field during checkout. The available balance will be applied to the order total, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Multiple Gift Cards may be redeemed toward a single purchase. Gift Cards may also be combined with eligible promotional discounts, subject to the terms of the promotion.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
If the order total exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method. If the order total is less than the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount will stay available for future purchases.
5. Currency
Gift Cards are issued in US dollars (USD) and are intended for purchases through the United States market of vitajuwel.com.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for another currency. Where redemption in another currency is supported by the online store, the applicable exchange rate at checkout will determine the converted value.
6. Refunds and Returns
Gift Card purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law.
Products purchased using a Gift Card may be returned in accordance with VitaJuwel's applicable Return Policy.
For eligible returns, amounts originally paid using a Gift Card will generally be refunded to the original Gift Card or issued as a replacement Gift Card. Amounts paid using another payment method will generally be refunded to that payment method, subject to the applicable Return Policy and legal requirements.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use
Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Anyone with access to a valid Gift Card code may be able to redeem its available balance.
You are responsible for keeping your Gift Card code secure and sharing it only with the intended recipient.
If your Gift Card is lost, stolen, deleted, or used without authorization, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vitajuwel.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate reported issues and may deactivate or replace a Gift Card where appropriate, subject to verification and the remaining available balance.
VitaJuwel is not responsible for unauthorized redemption resulting from the disclosure or misuse of a Gift Card code, except where caused by our actions or where liability cannot legally be excluded.
8. Fraud Prevention and Misuse
Gift Cards may not be used for fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive, or otherwise unauthorized purposes.
VitaJuwel reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict the use of a Gift Card where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unauthorized transactions, or a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Any cancellation, deactivation, or adjustment will be carried out in accordance with applicable law. Lawfully held Gift Card balances will not be forfeited solely because of an unsubstantiated suspicion of misuse.
We may request reasonable verification of purchase or ownership before reissuing, replacing, or restoring a Gift Card.
9. Transfers and Promotional Use
Gift Cards may be given to other individuals as personal or business gifts.
Gift Cards may not be resold or exchanged for value through unauthorized third-party marketplaces or used in advertising, sweepstakes, giveaways, or other commercial promotional activities without VitaJuwel's prior written consent, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
The use of VitaJuwel's name, trademarks, or branding in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VitaJuwel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of Gift Cards.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
If a Gift Card is defective or cannot be redeemed due to an issue attributable to VitaJuwel, we will take reasonable steps to restore the available balance, provide a replacement Gift Card, or offer another remedy required by applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
VitaJuwel may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, technology, or business operations.
Any changes will be published on our website. Changes will not retroactively reduce the value of purchased Gift Cards or eliminate rights that customers have already acquired.
