Our brand protection enforcement efforts take many forms. There are many features that customers can identify to authenticate a VitaJuwel product, including but not limited to, our VitaJuwel trademarks, reputable and authorized retailers and unique packaging.
VitaJuwel carefully selects its authorized retailers, resellers, international distributors and other partners and limits sales on online marketplaces such as Amazon.com, eBay.com, wish.com, Alibaba.com to a small number of trusted partners. VitaJuwel prohibits sales in in brick-and-mortar discount retailers such as TJ maxx, Marshalls, Ross, Sam’s Club, Walmart, and the like.
VitaJuwel expressly disclaims any warranty or fitness of merchantability claim to consumers who purchase allegedly-authentic VitaJuwel products from an unauthorized retailer or store.
